Shipping
Original Paintings Orders for original paintings are processed and shipped within one week. Shipping cost includes insurance within shipping carrier limits.
Canvas Reproductions All canvas reproductions are made to order at our carefully selected printing vendors in Southern California. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on size, weight, and destination. Processing canvas prints takes 3 business days, and shipping time depends on the recipient’s proximity to Southern California. Tracking information will be sent as soon as it is received from our vendors.
Domestic Shipping We ship within the United States. Please contact us to inquire about shipping availability to other US territories.
International Shipping Please contact us to inquire about international shipping availability for your location.
Returns & Refunds
Original Paintings Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt in original condition and original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are processed 7 days after the receipt of the returned artwork.
Canvas Reproductions All canvas reproductions are made to order. Each piece is produced specifically for your order. For this reason, a 35% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. The artwork must be returned undamaged and unaltered in its original packaging. The remaining balance after the restocking fee will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of the returned artwork. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
We strongly encourage careful measurement before ordering. Every product listing includes a scale reference image to assist with sizing. The vast majority of return requests are due to incorrect size selection.
Custom Size Orders Custom sizes are available on most canvas reproductions for a small additional fee. Custom size orders are final sale and cannot be returned, as they are produced to your exact specifications.
Damaged or Defective Prints If a canvas reproduction arrives damaged in shipping or leaves our studio with a production defect, we will replace it immediately at no cost to the buyer. No complicated claims process — contact us with a photo of the damaged item, and a replacement will be shipped right away.
Coupon Codes
Coupon codes do not apply to original artwork or sale items. Orders where a coupon code is mistakenly applied to these items will be canceled.
Color Accuracy
Colors displayed on screen may vary slightly depending on your monitor's calibration.
Customer Photos & Media Submissions
When you share photos of your Shoa Gallery artwork — whether in response to our post-purchase request or voluntarily — you grant Shoa Gallery a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and modify those images for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, email communications, and advertising materials. This license includes the right to crop, reformat, or otherwise alter submitted images as needed for presentation. Your submission constitutes acceptance of these terms.
We will never sell your images to third parties.
